Just GOt AN Antec 1200!
The gigantic box arrived today, and wow, this thing is enormous. I knew it was on the large side, and being called a mid tower was a stretch, but it dwarfs the dell this is being typed on, and i'm pretty sure it would tower over the old Aerocool.
Anyone else have one of these beasts?
PS. This thing is so heavy i don't think my dad will be able, physically to throw it down the driveway again XD

Nice. Sounds like there enough room for you to add a couple lead bars to the bottom just to be extra safe.

Unfortunately i don't have a camera
So ya, i got everything installed, kinda. I also got a Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer, and a Corsair HX620. The HSF was kinda tough to get in, but i got it. PSU seems awesome. Everything is running.
I was surprised the HD worked, i figured it woulda been toast, but it seems fine. Now all i have to do is figure out all the case wiring and neatness.

ALMOST DISASTER!
I don't know if any of you know, but last year i bought some z 5500's -> They went on fire. SO, i finally sent em back for a new set like 2 weeks ago. Anyway last night i'm setting them up. SO i pull the sub out of the box, its heavy, and it has these plastic straps around it. So i pull it out by the straps assuming they are used to carry it around. Anyway i get about 6 feet, right beside the computer, with the new antec 1200, and the woofer falls from about my chest height, maybe 4 1/2 feet, forward right on the case, then proceeds to bounce onto my ankle.
I almost freaked cuz i thought i just ruined everything again, plus my ankle hurt cuz the heatsink fins on the back of the sub hit my foot.
ANyway, everything seems to work, just thought i'd share that. That case is a beast, it took a chunk out of the woofer, but it didn't get a scratch on it. My old case was painted aluminum and it would scratch like a mofo.
