    $110 CDN.

Honestly, if it were about $20 cheaper, it would be an awesome case.

Make your own lunch for a week to save the $20? I don't know why CPUs are cheap at $100 but cases are not when the case is likely to last you longer...

I much prefer where they put the top panel connectors. The old 690 has them in a pretty crappy spot.

I make my own lunch all the time.

And when it comes to cases, some people prefer a new one when they get a new build. And it might be easier to sell the old PC as a whole instead of parting it out.

For $99 you get these features:

Top mount SSD/HDD dock. Internal 2.5" > 3.5" converter to mount 2 x SSD's in a bay. Native support for 480mm of water cooling radiators internally. Black painted interior.

I think the SSD drive rack and modular drive bays allowing easy water cooling is worth the price

    Not bad for the price.
Removable HDD cage is a plus.

He didn't say cases in general should be $20 cheaper, he just said this case which for all intents and purposes identical to the old 690 is not worth the $20 price premium.

I think the premium is justified

just the 2.5"-3.5" adapter would cover that difference
