Soul Calibur IV

Anybody picked this game up yet?

For me, it felt kind of disappointing. The lack of a 'story' mode kind of made it boring, so there was nothing much to do single player.

On the upside, however, they did add a few characters that are quite different and did balance out the characters more evenly this time around.

I'm going to be getting this soon for the PS3. Need a good fighter for that console, there aren't really that many good ones out for it yet. You got it for XBox, right?

Street Fighter 4 is looking to be really good too.

Yeah, got it for the 360.

Yoda isn't that great. He's slow, which is understandable, but his attacks don't do much. He doesn't have any combos either.

When I was facing Apprentice with one of my better characters [Kilik], I Got my ass handed to me; 5 times in a row. He's insane, I guess you just have to know how to use the characters.

Street Fighter 4 looks iffy to me. I'm not a fan of the cell animation on it. Would have been cooler to see them to go in a different direction. It could surprise me though, not the first time that's happened.

Darth Vader is fun on the PS3 -- fairly well balanced character.

Yoda sucks, all he does is lunge out at random people. Slow too.
