The firmware itself supports MMS, but ATT hasn't enabled it on the network yet.

I was thinking the same thing. I noticed one of their commericials where they exclaim it NOW has video... Like it's a monumental advance in technology. I'm thinking; Big whoop....
You thought you had finally had done something strikingly new and original, but it turns out that thousands of people already in the afterlife got there the exact same way you did. - Sagittarius

When I was younger I always thought/imagined that the computer of 10 years away was already available but companies held back on releasing it, so say Core 2 was ready back in 1997 but Intel was selling Pentiums to milk the market.

Obviously that was completely wrong, however with respect to other areas of technology it is more true.

Now with the iPhone there is a product that follows my old thinking and the same applies to the iPod really. The iPhone 128GB is here, and the SSD one, and the one with a removable battery, and the one that will include many other features that are available today that apple wont give you.

    Sucks for technology really

iPhone is a joke. Sure it's all nice looking and what not, but not having video until now is unreal for such an expensive phone.
