Certainly better than my old G33, that's for sure. P45 is an amazing chipset and it's great to see DFI putting it to work in a uATX board.

Only other company I know of that put a desktop chipset in a uATX board is eVGA with their socket 939 nF4 SLI board.

Looks like a good board to have ..seriously i'm thinking about build a nice compie with that board...i was thinking Gigabyte P35 DSL but this board is like you said a pocket Hercules!
