    XBOX 360 RMA that went better than well

    I've RMAed my 360 twice because of a dodgy optical drive, but the second time it didn't get returned to us after 5 weeks. After multiple phone calls it seems the thing got completely lost, so M$ sent us a new one. Best part is, while I only sent them the console with no HDD, they sent us the entire retail package, so I've got an extra controller and an extra 60GB HDD as well (plus I still have the old 20GB one).
