    Monitor Gateway FPD2485W 24" 1920*1200

    Up for sale is a Gateway FPD2485W 24" 1920*1200 (2,304,000 pixels, yay). Along with it is the stand which allows for height, tilt, and pivot (maybe swivel, dunno), and the DVI and power cable.
    Gateway Support - Specifications

    Monitor was purchased several months back from 3lfk1ng (so you know it had at least one user that took care of it).

    Known issues: Occasionally when there's a lot of light colors (haven't tested, maybe like a solid large rectangle) there's a noticeable flicker.
    A couple times the sensor to power the monitor on doesn't respond. Unplugging and plugging the monitor back in was a quick work around for it once, otherwise it took a moment before it would respond.
    Other then that, a nice solid monitor.

    Initial asking price is $200+shipping via USPS from ZIP code 54965 and a weight of ~20lbs.

    Ordering a new monitor this weekend (similar specs, lower power usage [this one was pulling around 100W according to a killawatt]), once the new monitor gets here this one can be shipped out. Also, will not ship the monitor out until payment clears, PayPal is preferred.

    Will be going up on eBay next weekend of no initial interest.

    Complimentary gift available if desired. If you don't know what it is already, you probably don't want it.

    Bump for an awesome monitor. I still get people offering to buy mine.

    @MAGICLESS
    I recently encountered the flickering issue on my other 24" Gateway.
    It only exists for me when VGA is used. As soon as I used DVI/HDMI out of my laptop, the flickering is non existent, at least for me anyway.
    New build due 2011 ish....ish

    As I think about it the flickering hasn't happened in a while, but it has only ever been on the DVI cable that was sent with it. Not really sure how to trigger it, either. Had Yahoo mail open, screen maximized so its a nice large solid color area, then held down F11, nada. Thanks for the info though.

    Mod/Admin please lock the thread.

    Monitor has been re-purposed as a television.
