Obama ran his election campaign on transparancy, but yet they are not releasing any details of this. I wonder what is in it for them, Thoughts?

Are they going to be able to get into your computer from a remote location or are they going have to be physically at your computer to get the info off? They're going way overboard here, i think the govt. should have the power to search computers if they are suspected terrorists or a huge threat to the govt but they have no right to start searching everyone.

If this actually passes.... you can expect internet penetration to drop like a stone. You will only see me on while at work. You will see me only playing games you can play offline. Fact is every president is bad, and while he is busy doing poorly the other party criticizes him for doing such a bad job all the while listing all the amazing things that they would do if they were in office

Then they get elected and the process switches hands. The only difference here is that even Obama's party and administration are beginning to lose faith in him.

doesn't make a difference, they can see that you wrote this and then they can come into your house through the window that you left unlocked (at least without a padlock) and search your PCs. If you resist you will be shot
