I'm just yanking your chain (and jealous I'm not in the 5GHz club yet).

    Good work.

I actually quite had a difficult time in getting the i7 920 C0's BCLK to 210, while Brent's C0 can do 220 easy.

I've got some leftover dry ice, so I'll be giving the Blood RAGE a shot at the title. I checked the CPU and it still works, so now I need to retest the Classified board and make sure that it works as well...

Thx Tool. Yeah...it won't resurrect no matter what. I'm gonna try and RMA them. I may get crappy IC'd replacements, but i'm not into running 1x1GB DIMM. I don't know what to do, dammit! Maybe the one stick would allow me to use another strap, and allow me to O/C further, as i can only use 2.00D right now.

You know, I'm not really sure how to calculate the efficiency..maybe you could explain that?

    Figures.

...and efficiency is just: Mhz x time

    so, 4640 x 8.767 = 40,678.

If your tweaking ability allows 40,678 efficiency (lower is better obviously) then you can use that to determine what clock speeds you need for certain times, or vice versa.

Say you want to get sub 8 seconds, then do: 40,678 / 7.999 = 5085Mhz required with the same tweaking, to get sub 8s
